Our company is on one of the most densely populated islands per square mile. The building structures are made of concrete or limestone, which is very dense and absorbs most wireless signals. I was researching long range cordless phones to replace our walkie-talkies. We were using Motorola’s higher end radios which did not cover our 32 acre property. Joe from 3Demintion assured me that the Senao SN458 would more than cover our property and maybe even the entire island. This seemed too good to be true and at such a reasonable price for this type of technology. After days of research and calling other companies who purchased similar models and hearing their testimonials, I had to try it for myself.

When I received the SN458 I could not believe the size and weight, only 103 grams! The handset is about the size of most Nokia cell phones, only thinner. The display graphics are incredibly clear. The handset has tons of features, ranging from ringing options, vibration mode, caller ID, user friendly interface, walkie-talkie feature, and the list goes on and on. When I installed the outdoor antenna only 3 feet from the ground I was able to make and receive calls from every square foot of our 32 acre property.

Now we have the antenna installed 14 feet above the roof. If the antenna were installed higher I’m sure the range would be close to 20miles. However we are right on the ocean shore and subject to strong winds and did not want to risk damaging the antenna or the roof structure. The range surpasses anything we had expected. We will be purchasing more.

Being situated in a mountainous and heavily treed area we found it difficult to even use heavily boosted cell lines. Phone service was a distant 9 miles from one resort and 18 miles from the other. Only VHF radios would work and even then we found difficulties, but they didn't fix our problem of needing outside lines for call in/out, fax and credit cards. At the 18 mile distance cell phones wouldn't' t even work.

One phone call and a trial of the sn568b and the 436set systems and our problems were over. We were amazed by the power of these phones. Even at 18 miles the point to point functioned perfectly after just plugging it in. That dial tone was something to behold standing in the middle of a rainforest where even cell phones couldn't reach.

The outdoor long range wireless was equally impressive and allowed us to increase our network and POS abilities as well as giving our guests use of the internet wherever they may be at the resort. Highly impressive systems!

Your phone system works great! We were skeptical, given the marginal quality of our cell phone service. We try out your cordless phone system expecting it not to work. Our lodge operation is 22Km by road away from the base station--or more than 16Km direct over a hilly coast line including two 800 ft hills. To our surprise, it performed flawlessly over the 5 days we tested it. It took incoming calls equally well.
